Menu #1 : Kari Kepala Ikan

Salam'alaykum kawan :)

Disebabkan dah habis SPM so ibu pon dah mula ajar aku masak . Dan disebabkan jugak otak aku bukan robot maka aku catatkan dalam blog ni . By the way , Sharing is Caring right ? So ~

Hari ini kita akan belajar cara masak Kari Kepala Ikan versi turun temurun arwah Opah Ton .

  1. Blenderkan 2 bawang putih + 2 bawang merah besar + sikit halia. ( Jangan lupa potong sikit dulu lepas tu tambah air )
  2. Ketuk serai sikit .
  3. Panaskan periuk dan masukkan lebih kurang dua sudu minyak .
  4. Masukkan beberapa kuntum bunga lawang , bunga cengkih dan buah pelada .
  5. Masukkan cili boh ikut kepedasan tapi keturunan Opah Ton prefer 1 sudu teh .
  6. Masukkan bawang yang dah diblender tadi .
  7. Tunggu sampai naik bau ~
  8. Sementara tu , kacau 3 sudu besar serbuk kari ikan dengan sedikit air . Ibu guna jenama BABAS .
  9. Kemudian , baru masukkan serbuk kari dan air tu dalam periuk .
  10. Tuang sikit air dalam bekas serbuk kari tadi dan kacaukan dengan 1/2 sudu teh asam jawa dan tuangkan dalam periuk .
  11. Tambah garam dan gula sikit .
  12. Tunggu lagi sampai kuah pekat .
  13. Kemudian , tuang satu paket santan dan kacau .
  14. Letak garam dan gula lagi sikit .
  15. This time , tunggu sampai naik rasa pulak .
  16. Then , baru bubuh kepala ikan . INGAT! Pastikan kuah kari cukup rasa dulu tau . Sebab bila dah bubuh ikan , tak boleh masak lebih 15 minit risau ikan hancur . Okey ?
  17. Waktu 10 minit terakhir buh la amende yang kome nak sumbat dalam kari tu . Biasanya kami taruk sayur bendi , terung bulat dan tomato . Memang umph ! Tapi kami celur sayur tu dalam kuah kari sebelum masuk ikan . Dah masak sikit angkat lepas tu baru masuk ikan . Dalam 5 minit terakhir baru masukkan balik sayur yang tadi .
  18. SIAP !
